Christian Brothers Services Health Management Services for Religious Says Goodbye to Sr. Rosemary
Sr. Rosemary Ward, SP, Director of Systems/Services joined Christian Brothers Services on June 1, 1988 as the Assistant Manager of Health Management Services for Religious (HMSR). After twenty-one years of service to Christian Brothers Services, and in particular to the Health Management Services for Religious Division, Sr. Rosemary has decided to retire. Her last day is August 31, 2009. Her staff and the many friends she has made during her tenure here at CBS wish her all the best. She will be missed.

The National Association of Treasurers of Religious Institutes (NATRI) Conference will be held this year in Denver, Colorado. Fr. Fran Dyer, OP and Sr. Rosemary Ward, SP will be attending to represent Health Management Services for Religious, Christian Brothers Services.

May 13, 2008: CBS Attends Denominational Benefits Coalition
Fr. Fran Dyer attends the meeting of the Denominational Benefits Coalition in Orlando, FL. The Coalition provides its members greater purchasing power of prescription drugs that benefit members of religious medical programs.


March 25-27, 2008: Employee Benefit Trust Member Visits
John Airola, Jim Adam, and Sue Anderson visit members of the Employee Beneift Trust in Shreveport, LA, Springfield Garden, NY and Chicago, IL.


Welcome Brother Michael Quirk, FSC
A new chapter for Christian Brothers Services begins on January 2, as Brother Michael Quirk, FSC, starts his tenure as President and Chief Executive Officer.


Emergency Access to Pharmacy Benefit and Cost Share Waiver Program

Upcoming Audio Conferences: Medicare Part D and You
Beginning in January 2006, Medicare will begin paying for most of the prescription drugs for your members over the age of 65. An audioconference for members of the Christian Brothers Prescription Drug Program will help clear up the confusion about what to do.
