	Although the billing system may seem one of the less important factors of your participation with the Trust; there are times that information is necessary to maintain the accuracy of your group’s monthly billing. There are many components to the billing: • the group’s name, address, telephone number, contact person • the participant’s social security number, salary and benefit coverage • the amount due, the due date, and the mailing address
