We have a full-time staff of representatives available
to assist in answering questions to all aspects of
your benefits coverage.
Our representatives communicate with providers
on a regular basis to ensure we have current and
accurate information. They can answer just about
anything concerning eligibility, benefits covered,
and even whether we have received a claim or not.
Customer Service is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. CST.
