This service is available through the home delivery pharmacy
only and cannot be used for prescription refills through retail
pharmacies. Refills should be ordered on or after the refill
date indicated on your refill slip or when you have fewer than
14 days of medication left.
To begin, access the website www.medcohealth.com.
You’ll
need your member number, found on your Health ID card and the
prescription number, found on the prescription bottle. (There
is illustrated online guide to help you locate this information.)
Enter the information on the screen and follow the easy 3-step
process to obtain a refill or renewal.
Do you need a renewal? A renewal is needed for prescriptions
with no refills remaining or if the prescription has expired.
If you are requesting a prescription renewal, enter the prescription
number above and note that your prescriber must respond to our
fax requesting authorization in order for it to be processed.
