Editing Your Adobe Contribute FTP Connection
| PLEASE NOTE: If you were previously provided with a Contribute Connection Key, you may not have the option of editing your Adobe Contribute FTP login. If the case, please contact our CBPrograms staff at (800) 807-0200 whereby we will assist you. |
With Adobe Contribute open:
1. Select Edit > My Connections in main menu drop down.

2. A window will open titled My Connections. Select your connection to highlight (unless already highlighted) and click Edit button.

3. Another window will open titled Edit Connection. Click the Next button once.

4. Locate the question "What is the name of your FTP server?". The field below that contains a series of numbers known as an IP address. You will need to edit this field and change all but the last three numbers replacing the old IP address with a new one. For example, if the IP listed is 12.39.24.235, you will need to replace that with 209.41.115.235.
This IP must be edited to 209.41.115.xxx (remember: the last three numbers should remain the same) by Friday, April 15, 2011. Unless the IP address change is made as noted above, Contribute users will not have the ability to edit their website after that date.
5. With your FTP server name now edited, click the Next button through the remaining screens to the final screen where you should see a Done button.
Click Done.
