Chistian Brothers Services to sponsor NACPA

Romeoville, Illinois, April 28, 2022—Extending insight and expertise in company culture and procedure, Christian Brothers Services (CBS) will be presenting at the premier convocation for Human Resources (HR) professionals in the church hosted by the National Association of Church Personnel Administrators (NACPA) to be held May 1 through May 3.

CBS is a platinum sponsor of NACPA 2022. The 51st annual convocation is titled, “Taking it to New Heights: Justice in the Workplace,” and showcases experts presenting sessions on the distinct world of HR within the Catholic Church. NACPA promotes leadership in human resources, finance and administration that models Gospel values, promoting justice in the workplace.

Chief Marketing, Business Development and Sales Officer Terry Arya, and Managing Director of Human Resources Buffy Blanton will present: “HR and Marketing - Driving Culture as Critical Thought Partners” at 2:45 p.m., Monday, May 2.

Director of Risk Control Services Jeff Harrison will present the topic, "OSHA Regulatory Compliance and Response," at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 3.

NACPA members, representing around 120-140 different arch/dioceses, religious communities and parishes around the nation, return to convocation each year not only for the ongoing education and peer relationship building but to come away with the solutions to the daily challenges and hurdles specific to the lives of an HR director in a church or diocesan office.
