Christian Brothers Services Announces Fall 2017 Webinar Series

Romeoville, Ill., August 23, 2017 – Christian Brothers Services (CBS) recently announced the 2017 Fall Webinar Series schedule. The schedule features seven different webinars in the areas of management and financial operations, health benefits, retirement planning, risk management and Catholic school management.

The Fall season kicks off with "How to Educate Your Employees on the Value of the Retirement Benefits Your Organization Provides" scheduled for Thursday, September 14. This practical webinar will provide employers with simple but effective ways to communicate the importance of employer-sponsored retirement benefits to their employees, including how to simplify complex terms, set saving goals and much more.

Understanding budget and financial reports can contribute to ensuring a schools financial stability and operational vitality is an important concept for Catholic school leaders to understand, which is why our Fall lineup includes the webinar, “Beyond the Catholic School Budget. How to Use Your Budget to Ensure Operational Vitality.” This webinar will provide an overview of some of the key financial metrics needed to perform a proactive analysis of a school’s financial position and identify key indicators to inform the strategic decision making process.

On October 19, the webinar "Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct in the Workplace” will be held. This two hour webinar which meets the mandatory training requirement in many states, is presented by an attorney specializing in employment law and will utilize real-life scenarios and examples to illustrate different points.
