Christian Brothers Services Announces Spring 2016 Webinar Series

Romeoville, Ill., February 1, 2016 – Christian Brothers Services (CBS) announced the 2016 Spring Webinar Series schedule today. The schedule features nine different webinars in the areas of health benefits, consulting services, risk management, Catholic school management, technology and retirement planning.

The Spring webinar offerings begins with "Unlocking the 5 Keys to the Power of Prevention in the Workplace" scheduled for February 25. This engaging webinar will identify the top five things organizations can do to proactively protect their staff through the power of prevention. Case studies of organization and member success will be utilized to illustrate how participation in health programs has a powerful and positive impact on lifestyle, and tips and tools will be shared.

It is unfortunate that in light of recent incidents, organizations now need to prepare for active shooter situations, which is why our Spring lineup will include the "Active Shooter: How Should You Prepare Your Organization" webinar. On March 17, you can learn how organizations can utilize the Christian Brothers Risk Management Services' "Active Shooter" resource packet. The webinar will be specific to non-educational facilities and will cover the following topics; organization preparation, employee training and additional online resources.

On April 7, the webinar "Why Social Media Marketing is Effective for Catholic Schools" will be presented. Social media can be a useful tool in marketing Catholic schools for image, enrollment and resources. Explore the two-way communication tools available through social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, to reach your target audiences. Understand the strategies and framework that can be established to launch a successful social media plan for your school or organization.
