Romeoville, Illinois, September 9, 2024 – Christian Brothers Services (CBS) has named Sherry Crowley as the new Managing Director of Health Benefit Services, with her tenure set to begin in September.
A dynamic and results-driven leader, Crowley brings 28 years of experience in health and wellness benefits consulting, account management, and strategy. Her expertise lies in cultivating lasting member/client relationships, backed by her deep technical knowledge spanning the full range of health and wellness benefits.
Crowley’s comprehensive understanding of the industry is further enhanced by her extensive experience with all facets of benefits strategy and vendor programs. Her leadership will help optimize the member experience and drive innovation and growth within the division.
In her new role, Crowley will report directly to CBS President and CEO Pat Lynch. She will oversee a division that is committed to growth while upholding CBS’ longstanding reputation for excellence and superior customer care for its members.

Crowley holds an M.S. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University, Chicago, and a B.A. in Accounting from St. Xavier University, Chicago.
