Frank Cawley is the Director of Admission & Enrollment at Mullen High School in Denver, Colorado. Mullen is a Lasallian, Catholic, college-prep, co-educational high school with enrollment near 900 students. In addition to leading the enrollment efforts at Mullen, Frank is also the Head Girls’ Basketball Coach. He spent one year as the Director of Community Relations for the school before being asked to return to admissions. He is a product of Catholic education and a proud alum of Mullen.

Under Frank’s direction, the admission office at Mullen enjoyed a 20% increase in enrollment over a five-year period. Innovative, aggressive, and targeted communication and marketing techniques based on data-driven decision-making led to the enrollment success.

Prior to his work with Mullen, Frank worked as an executive recruiter sourcing talent for corporate clientele. He spent over six years screening and placing candidates from entry-level sales to C-level executives in various industries.

Frank earned his Master’s in Speech Communication from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Speech Communication from the University of Denver. Frank and his wife, Debbie, have five children, three of whom have already graduated from Mullen.

Frank serves Catholic School Management as an adjunct consultant in enrollment management.
