Romeoville, Illinois, April 23, 2021—Serving as both platinum sponsor and exhibitor, Christian Brothers Services (CBS) will be presenting at the first virtual convocation by the National Association of Church Personnel Administrators (NACPA) which is celebrating its 50th anniversary.

Experts in Human Resources will come together to discuss hot topics in the HR world of the Church during the three-day long annual convocation to be held Monday, April 26, through Wednesday, April 28.

NACPA promotes leadership in human resources, finance and administration that models Gospel values, promoting justice in the workplace.

Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer Terry Arya, will present: “Communication in change Management,” and Managing Director of Retirement Planning Services Jim Ceplecha, will present the topic, "With These Uncertain Times, Will Employees Be Able to Retire Someday?"

NACPA members, representing around 120-140 different arch/dioceses, religious communities and parishes around the nation, return to convocation each year not only for the ongoing education and peer relationship building but to come away with the solutions to the daily challenges and hurdles specific to the lives of an HR director in a church or diocesan office.
