Donna Lamberti to join CBS as new Executive Vice President

Romeoville, Illinois, May 19, 2021—Christian Brothers Services (CBS) is pleased to announce that Donna Lamberti will be joining the CBS executive team in the newly created position of Executive Vice President, effective June 14.

The position of Executive Vice President was created to fill the void that will occur with the upcoming retirement of CBS Chief Operating Officer, Rich McKenna. McKenna, who has been with CBS since January 2010, will retire on August 31.

“Her experience serving ministries across the United States and abroad, dedication to excellence and astute financial leadership will be an asset to CBS. We look forward to working with Donna in the immediate future,” said Brother Michael Quirk, FSC, Ed.D, CBS President and CEO.

Lamberti brings a wealth of experience with 30 years as a CPA in public accounting and as the Controller of the Congregation of Holy Cross, U.S. Province, a position she has held since 2001. During her tenure, she has provided invaluable leadership and financial guidance, benefitting the entire Congregation of Holy Cross and its ministry needs across the globe.

Responsible for executing critical financial and capital needs planning, Lamberti was instrumental in several projects including the implementation of a complete restructuring as a result of the 2012 merger of the Congregation of Holy Cross Indiana and Eastern Provinces including the establishment of three trusts and one new United States Province corporate entity. In addition she was responsible for the creation of a technology platform for religious annual budgeting, simplifying the process for more than 300 religious community members.

Lamberti also is a participant of the Christian Brothers Services Employee Benefit Trust, serving as a Trustee since 2016, maintaining the role of Audit Committee Chair.
