Romeoville, Illinois, August 4, 2021—A third article showcasing Christian Brothers Services’ work culture was recently published in the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring.
The article, Organizational and executive coaching: Creating a coaching culture in a non- profit, was written with faculty at Lewis University based on the special work culture survey that CBS employees were invited to take for this project.
Spotlighting the effective CBS work culture, it is a great resource for onboarding and demonstrating expertise, including use as a potential speaker topic for industry partners.
