BIOGRAPHY
Buffy Blanton began her career at Christian Brothers Services in 1992, where she has worked her way up through the human resource ranks, from administrative assistant, to executive assistant, to HR manager, and subsequently to her current role as managing director.

Prior to joining CBS, Buffy worked in the City Clerk’s office for the City of Joliet, Illinois.

Buffy holds bachelor's and master's degrees in organizational leadership from Lewis University, Romeoville, Illinois. Buffy is also a proud member of the Alpha Sigma Lambda, Lambda Epsilon Delta Chapter of the National Honor Society.
