BIOGRAPHY
Carolyn Randall has over 30 years of experience in the accounting field, the last 25 at Christian Brothers Services, where she started as accounting supervisor before being promoted to accounting manager and subsequently to controller in 2009.

In 1981, Carolyn began her career as a bookkeeper for Wermer, Rogers and Maher, C.P.A., in Joliet, Illinois, and continued as bookkeeper for Charles Zapotocky and Company, Oak Brook, Illinois, before being promoted to junior accountant. In 1985, she began work for Sage Enterprises, Inc., Des Plaines, Illinois, where she rose from staff accountant to senior accountant before becoming the accounting supervisor. As the accounting supervisor, Carolyn supervised a staff of three, insuring efficient training and cross-training of staff. She also prepared and published monthly financial statements to management with analysis of variations on monthly financial statements between actual and budget, which reduced distribution time of financial statements by 25 percent. She is also experienced with preparing of various income tax returns.

Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Elmhurst College, Elmhurst, Illinois.
