Welcome to the Christian Brothers Services Health Providers online section. The section allows health providers to access benefit and claim information for your patients who are covered through our plans.

• View Paid Claims will open a new webpage on our claims payment system
• View Open Claims will show claims we have received but have not processed
• View Patient Coverage, SBC and Plan Book' (A) will show coverage and benefit information plus the Payor ID# for you to use for electronic filing, the Inpatient Pre-certification phone#, and the address for submitting paper claims
