CBS Welcomes Jorge Martin as Managing Director of Retirement Solutions

Romeoville, Illinois, September 11, 2026— Christian Brothers Services (CBS) is pleased to announce that Jorge Martin has been named Managing Director of its Retirement Solutions Division.

Jorge joins CBS with more than 25 years of experience in retirement consulting, retirement plan administration, sales leadership, large-scale project management, and quantitative analysis. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for helping organizations navigate the complexities of retirement plan administration while delivering strategic guidance and exceptional client service.

Most recently, Jorge served as a Principal at Mercer, where he advised organizations on retirement plan administration strategy, led complex retirement plan administration and service delivery initiatives, managed key client relationships, and helped drive business growth. His expertise spans retirement plan administration, regulatory compliance, project leadership, and client service.

Jorge earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Analysis from DePaul University’s Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Science, with a concentration in Actuarial Science and a minor in Accounting, also from DePaul. He is also a graduate of St Patrick High School, a Christian Brothers affiliate.

As Managing Director, Jorge will lead CBS’s Retirement Solutions Division, helping advance the organization’s strategic priorities while continuing its longstanding commitment to exceptional service, partnership, and stewardship. His combination of analytical expertise, leadership experience, and dedication to client success positions him to further strengthen CBS’s retirement services and support members as they navigate an increasingly complex retirement landscape.
