CBS to Sponsor and Exhibit at Two National Catholic Leadership Conferences

Romeoville, Illinois — February 24, 2026 — Christian Brothers Services (CBS) will sponsor and exhibit at two national conferences this March, connecting with Catholic education and risk management leaders from across the country.

LASSCA Conference – Houston, Texas (March 1–4)

CBS will serve as a Silver Level Sponsor and exhibitor at the Lasallian Association of Secondary School Chief Administrators (LASSCA) conference, held March 1–4 at the Omni Houston Hotel.

The annual gathering brings together district and regional leaders from the Christian Brothers Conference, the Lasallian Region of North America (RELAN), and the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools. Participants share best practices, strengthen collaboration, and advance the Lasallian mission of providing a holistic, faith-based education — especially for young people from underserved communities.

This year’s theme, “Anchored in Faith: Leading Lasallian Schools Amid a Shifting Society,” highlights the importance of steady leadership during times of change.
Representing CBS at LASSCA will be:

  • Alan Weyland, Director of Catholic School Consulting and Mission Advancement
  • Tim Sember, Relationship Manager
  • Michael Himes, Marketing Consultant, Consulting Solutions

National Catholic Risk Retention Group Annual Meeting – Newport Beach, California (March 1–3)

CBS will also sponsor and exhibit at the 35th Annual Meeting of The National Catholic Risk Retention Group, held March 1–3 at the Balboa Bay Resort.

The annual winter meeting features expert-led seminars focused on insurance and risk management issues critical to Catholic ministries nationwide.

Attending from CBS will be:

  • Chad Kunkel, Managing Director, Risk Solutions
  • Chris Ritten, Relationship Manager

Connecting Catholic Ministries to Practical Solutions
At both conferences, CBS representatives will be available in the exhibitor areas to discuss collaborative, cost-effective programs designed specifically for Catholic organizations. Attendees can learn about expanded coverage options, enhanced plan flexibility, and innovative solutions that support mission-driven ministries.
