Jorge Martin

Jorge Martin joined Christian Brothers Services in 2026 as Managing Director, Retirement Solutions. In this role, he oversees the organization’s Retirement Solutions division.

Jorge has more than 25 years of experience in retirement consulting, sales leadership, large-scale project management, and quantitative analysis. Most recently, he served as a Principal at Mercer, where he led retirement plan administration and service delivery initiatives, managed key client relationships, and helped drive business growth. He is recognized for his expertise in retirement plan administration, regulatory compliance, project leadership, and client service.

Jorge holds an MBA with a concentration in Financial Analysis from DePaul University’s Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Science with a concentration in Actuarial Science and a minor in Accounting from DePaul University.  He is also a graduate of St Patrick’s high school, a Christian Brothers affiliate.
