Kacy Craig

Kacy Craig serves as Managing Director of the Retirement Solutions division at Christian Brothers Services, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in retirement plan consulting. She is an accomplished actuary and seasoned advisor with expertise in aligning benefits strategy with organizational goals to drive long-term success.

Before joining CBS in 2025, Kacy spent 18 years at Aon Corporation, where she served as a partner and senior consultant. Her work focused on pension accounting and funding, plan design, regulatory compliance, and benefits benchmarking. She also led cross-functional teams and mentored young professionals, always emphasizing operational excellence and leadership development.

At CBS, Kacy directs strategy and oversees client relationships for the Retirement Solutions division, helping member organizations nationwide achieve secure and sustainable retirement outcomes.

Kacy received a Master of Actuarial Science from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration with a concentration in Quantitative Finance from the University of Alabama. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary.
