Patrick Feehan

Patrick (Pat) Feehan brings a wealth of financial and operational expertise to his role, with a strong record in leadership across multiple industries. Prior to joining Christian Brothers Services, Pat served as CFO for Patrick Engineering, a privately owned architecture and engineering firm in Lisle, IL. His previous CFO roles at Home Access Health Corp. and Organix Recycling, LLC, along with his experience as Senior Director of Finance and Accounting at Waste Management, Inc., showcase his broad-based financial management capabilities.

As CFO, Pat oversees the financial strategy and operations of Christian Brothers Services, managing all divisions, and the CBS-administered Plans and Trusts. He acts as the key liaison between CBS and its various Plans and Trusts, ensuring proper financial oversight, auditing, and guidance for each entity.

Pat works closely with the leadership team and finance staff to prepare the annual budget and achieve CBS’s financial goals. He is responsible for financial reporting, fostering relationships with financial institutions, investment teams, and critical vendors, and preparing financial statements. Internally, Pat collaborates with the CBS Board of Directors, Trustees, senior management, and staff to ensure that strong internal controls are in place and that CBS operates in full compliance with all service fee agreements, plan documents, and procedures established by each Plan and Trust.

Pat earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
