Steve M. Sliwinski, CFA, CAIA
Chief Investment Officer
Steve Sliwinski joined Christian Brothers Services in 2017 as the organization’s Chief Investment Officer, where he is responsible for all facets of investment strategy.
Steve’s prior experience was at Ennis Knupp + Associates, which later became Aon Hewitt Investment Consulting, as an institutional investment consultant to governance boards of large corporate DB, DC and Non-Qualified Plans, Catholic entities, and other nonprofit organizations. Steve led teams that helped clients navigate the complexities of institutional investment programs – including developing asset allocation, designing implementation structures, selecting and monitoring managers across all major asset classes, and ensuring proper reporting and oversight.
Steve earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and economics from Illinois State University, graduating cum laude. He is a CFA charterholder and an active member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is a proud member of the CAIA Association.
