BIOGRAPHY
Steve Sliwinski joined Christian Brothers Services in 2017, in the newly created position of Chief Investment Officer. He came to CBS after more than a decade as an investment consultant to corporations, Catholic dioceses and other not-for-profit entities where he advised on all aspects of institutional investment programs.

Steve began his career at Ennis Knupp Associates, later Aon Hewitt Investment Consulting, as an associate partner where he assisted with all aspects of institutional investment programs including asset allocation, development of implementation structure, selection and monitoring of managers across all major asset classes and ongoing monitoring and reporting. As a member of the firm’s manager research team, he gained extensive experience conducting investment manager searches for clients across a wide range of asset classes.

Steve holds bachelor’s degrees in finance and economics from Illinois State University, in Normal, Illinois, where he graduated cum laude. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is a member of the CAIA Association.
