Dr. Kim Pryzbylski is currently Senior Director of Faith Formation and Superintendent of Schools for the Archdiocese of Miami, Florida.
Prior to assuming her leadership role in Archdiocese of Miami, Kim served as Superintendent of Schools for the Diocese of Monterey, California, from July 1, 2007 to June 2011, and for seven years as Superintendent of Schools for the Diocese of Gary, Indiana. Prior to that she served as Assistant Superintendent of Schools for the Diocese of Gary, working primarily with teachers and principals in areas of curriculum, staff development, personnel, and testing. Kim has also served as elementary school principal in the Diocese of Gary and elementary teacher at several grade levels in five Dioceses in the United States.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Purdue University, Calumet, and a Doctorate in Educational Administration from Purdue University.
Kim serves Catholic School Management and its clients as an adjunct consultant in areas of Catholic school and diocesan administration, governance, administrator search processes, and institutional assessments.
