Joseph W. BraccoJoseph W. Bracco serves Catholic School Management and its clients as an Adjunct Consultant in the development of planned giving programs. Joe brings a unique and practical perspective, derived from an extensive background in nonprofit management, administration, and fund development, having served in executive level and nonprofit Board leadership positions spanning a thirty-seven year professional career.

Most recently, Joe had been the Executive Director of the Justin-Siena High School Foundation in Napa, CA where he was responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive planned giving program. Prior to taking this position, he served for twelve years as the first President & CEO of Justin-Siena High School, a coeducational, Catholic college preparatory high school. He previously served for nineteen years as the Executive Director of St. Vincent's School for Boys, a multi-service child welfare agency in San Rafael, CA.

Joe has held leadership positions on several local, state, and national nonprofit Boards of Directors in fields as diverse as education, child welfare, university alumni, community outreach, and chamber of commerce.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Arts in Education Counseling from San Francisco State University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University. He also has been awarded a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (CSPG) designation by the American Institute of Philanthropic Studies.
