Rachel L. Ellingson currently serves as the Director of Student Enrollment at Providence Catholic High School, New Lenox, Illinois. Prior to assuming her position in 2004, Rachel taught students with learning disabilities and coached volleyball for ten years. Rachel has helped implement a successful enrollment management plan at Providence Catholic High School, including extensive communication, marketing and student recruitment programs at the secondary school which enrolls 1,102 students. She has worked with the school’s Advisory Committee for Student Enrollment, Enrollment Steering Committee, and Student Ambassadors to increase enrollment at the school.

Born and raised in New Lenox, Illinois, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from Miami University–Ohio and a Masters of Arts degree in Special Education from Lewis University. She has completed professional development courses for enrollment management and institutional advancement.

Rachel assists Catholic School Management clients on a part-time basis with enrollment management, student recruitment and retention, and marketing issues.
